Senior Community Life Service Coordinator

This role works closely with property management at Historic South End in Boston to coordinate a collaboration with the Pine Street Inn providing support for formerly unhoused residents living at the property. Responsibilities include developing and managing strategic partnerships with local service providers focused on economic mobility, resident leadership, and health and wellness, developing annual workplans with property management and Pine Street Inn, and supporting residents experiencing housing instability by connecting them to reliable resources and referrals. The role reports to the Director of Community Life - Boston.
