Helps clients in a residential treatment program secure permanent housing, tracking each client's housing status and submitting housing packages to the DHS Housing Placement Unit. Conducts housing assessments, escorts clients to view apartments, and assists with Section 8 and HASA subsidy applications. Also runs workshops on independent-living skills and the housing application process.
