Supervises the case managers and shift supervisor at a 24-hour supportive housing site serving formerly homeless individuals with serious mental illness and substance use histories, reporting to the Assistant Director of Housing. Independently assesses tenants' psychosocial needs and helps develop treatment plans, and coordinates with property management, DHS, and outside shelters on housing referrals. Requires knowledge of community resources, crisis intervention, and basic budget oversight.
