What you'll find here
Roles that need affordable-housing know-how: real estate development, asset and property management, compliance and subsidy administration, housing finance, program administration, counseling, resident services, organizing and policy, plus the leadership roles above all of that. We keep the list focused, so a maintenance opening or an unrelated back-office role won't show up and get in your way.
Comprehensive and up to date
We track affordable housing employers directly, so what you see here is a comprehensive, current picture of what's open, not a handful of postings someone happened to submit. We check back regularly, and nobody has to send us anything for a job to show up — if an employer is hiring publicly, we're watching for it.
What we deliberately skip
No accounts, no saved searches, no in-site applications. We're not trying to be another portal you log into. Every apply button opens the employer's own posting in a new tab — you apply on their site, the way they actually want you to.
Why a listing sometimes disappears
Jobs get filled. Postings get pulled. When that happens on the employer's end, it happens here too — we don't keep showing you a job that's no longer actually open. So if a link you bookmarked stops working, that's not a glitch; the role is almost certainly gone.
The organizations behind these jobs
We keep an eye on every organization we know about, whether they're hiring right now or not — browse the full list in the
organization directory. Most won't have an open role at any given moment, and that's normal for this field. When an organization doesn't have anything posted here, we link straight to its own careers page instead, so you can always check for yourself.
