Financial Programs Coordinator

This role oversees the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program at New Franklin Park Apartments in Dorchester, Boston, providing financial coaching to program participants and residents both in-person and through virtual platforms. The coordinator conducts outreach and recruitment for the FSS Program and helps participants reach financial benchmarks across five core areas, including income, credit, savings, and asset development. The role also includes coordinating monthly or bi-monthly financial education workshops on topics such as budgeting, credit building, and homeownership, and requires bilingual English and Spanish fluency.
