Community Life Service Coordinator

This full-time role, based at Lyman Terrace in Holyoke, MA, develops and coordinates support services for residents, reporting to the Community Life Director for New England. The coordinator builds relationships with residents, develops partnerships with local service providers, and works one-on-one with residents to help them achieve their goals, including support for a food pantry collaboration with the Food Bank of Western MA. The position pays $60,000-$70,000 annually and requires being on site five days per week.
