Community Life Senior Manager

This role oversees the implementation of Community Life programming across two affordable housing properties in Dorchester and a multi-service food pantry, reporting to the Director of Community Life - Dorchester, Boston. The Senior Manager supervises up to three Community Life Service Coordinators along with interns and volunteers, and manages the development of an annual Community Success Plan for each site. The role also involves building relationships with residents experiencing housing instability and connecting them with community resources.
