This role provides re-housing and stabilization case management to people facing homelessness through RCAP Solutions' HomeBase program, handling intakes and assessments of qualifying families. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive client assessments of financial, employment, housing, education, and health needs, providing housing search advocacy and subsidy planning, and serving clients and walk-ins directly. The role also involves conducting client visits with families and maintaining a caseload with monthly reporting to funders. Pay is $25.00-$27.00 per hour.
