Senior Project Manager, Architecture & Engineering

Reports to the VP of Architecture & Engineering in HDC's Asset Management Department, this role conducts physical inspections of properties in HDC's affordable housing portfolio, including Reserve for Replacement, LIHTC, and insurance inspections performed to NSPIRE standards. Responsibilities include reviewing rehabilitation plans and cost estimates, monitoring construction progress on occupied rehab projects, and evaluating managing agents' performance and compliance. Salary range is $95,000-$110,000.
