This role oversees a 1,000-unit rental housing portfolio for Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC), serving as a one-person sub-department managing the organization's real estate assets. Responsibilities include acting as primary liaison to investors, limited partners, lenders, and regulatory agencies for properties in CSNDC's portfolio, exercising judgment on financial, legal, and contractual matters in coordination with the Director of Real Estate & Asset Management, and analyzing and negotiating Year 15 investor exit strategies from LIHTC deals.
