This role leads the asset management program for Homeowner's Rehab, Inc. (HRI), overseeing a portfolio of nearly 1,700 affordable apartment homes and more than 55,000 square feet of commercial space in Cambridge, MA, that is managed by a third-party property management company. Responsibilities include ensuring the portfolio remains high-quality, well-performing, and financially sustainable through oversight of the property manager, and using asset management software and financial reporting systems to support decision-making. The role requires knowledge of real estate finance, property management, and affordable housing regulations, and will succeed the current director who plans to retire in late 2026.
