This role serves as Chief Financial Officer for Metro Housing|Boston, one of the largest regional housing agencies in Massachusetts, managing a $22 million operating budget and $330 million in federal and state subsidies serving 30,000 households in Eastern Massachusetts. Reporting to the Executive Director as a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO acts as the organization's principal financial strategist and risk leader, guiding budgeting, risk mitigation, and contracting functions. The role also involves strengthening financial planning and analysis capabilities and modernizing systems and processes across the organization.
