This role reports to the Chief of Housing and serves on the senior leadership team of the City of Cambridge's Housing Department, leading programs related to inclusionary rental housing, homeownership, resident engagement, and program operations. Responsibilities include supervising a multidisciplinary team of directors and managers, serving as liaison to City Councillors and external stakeholders on affordable housing policy, and managing budgets across multiple funding streams while ensuring compliance with city, state, and federal guidelines. The role also involves attending and presenting at City Council and other public meetings.
