Responsibilities include holding recurring monthly meetings with families, reviewing barriers to housing such as credit history and prior nonpayment, collecting required financial and legal documents, and documenting case notes within 24 hours of each meeting. The role is cross-trained in the Stabilization Program to support continuity of client services as needed.
