The Metro Shelter Case Manager provides comprehensive case management services to families residing in shelter, using motivational interviewing and strength-based practices to build individualized rehousing plans with clear goals and action steps. Duties include holding recurring monthly meetings with families, reviewing barriers to housing, collecting required financial and legal documents, and documenting case notes within 24 hours of each meeting. This role is predominantly located in the MA Metro area and is cross-trained in the Stabilization Program.
