This role leads Island Housing Trust (IHT), a Community Land Trust and Community Development Corporation on Martha's Vineyard, succeeding the organization's founding CEO. IHT has created 150 affordable rental and ownership homes toward its Vision 2025 strategic plan, including the 40-unit Meshacket Commons and the 60-unit Tackenash Knoll development slated for completion in 2027. The CEO works with the Island Towns, social impact investing platforms, and financing partners such as MassHousing and the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities to advance affordable housing projects.
