Full-time case management role supporting young adults ages 18-25 enrolled in HUD's Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) at Housing Visions in Syracuse. The coordinator assesses client needs, develops service plans, and provides case management, counseling, and referrals to help clients secure and maintain stable affordable housing. Pay is $25-$28/hour with occasional night and weekend hours.
