Full-time case management role supporting residents of Housing Visions housing who have experienced domestic violence, human trafficking, or other victimization. The coordinator conducts trauma-informed assessments, develops individualized service plans, provides case management and advocacy, and performs safety planning and crisis intervention. Pay is $25-$28/hour with travel throughout an assigned portfolio.
