This role oversees the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of 2Life Communities' portfolio of affordable housing properties, working closely with property management, finance, facilities, and compliance teams. Responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting and cost management, leading annual property reviews, and providing data-driven insights to leadership and the board. The role also supports training and capacity-building for site staff in budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring. The salary range is $95,000-$120,000 annually.
