This role leads and manages the programs, properties, and contracts of the Falmouth Housing Authority, which owns and operates 875 state and federal housing units and administers 512 Housing Choice Vouchers, including Mainstream and Project-Based vouchers. The position requires a minimum of six years of experience in public or private housing, community development, public administration, or a related field (or a bachelor's degree in a related field), along with at least three years of supervisory experience managing a staff of seven or more. Candidates should have knowledge of residential property management, asset management, low-income housing tax credits, and applicable building codes and housing regulations; grant writing experience is preferred.
