This role leads and manages the programs, properties, and contracts of the Falmouth Housing Authority, which owns and operates 875 state and federal housing units including elderly/disabled, family, and voucher-based units. Minimum qualifications include six years of experience in public or private housing, community development, or public/nonprofit administration, or a four-year bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least three years supervising a staff of seven or more. Experience with low-income housing tax credits, building codes, and grant writing is also preferred.
