Per diem certified Peer Specialist supporting tenants across Concern Housing's ten supportive housing sites in Brooklyn and the Bronx, responding to critical incidents and mental health crises alongside a Crisis Incident Stress Management team. The role involves face-to-face peer support, documentation in the electronic health record, and coordination with a consulting psychiatrist. Requires lived experience as a mental health services consumer and completion of ICISF-affiliated training.
