Peer Specialist role on Community Access's Bronx Shelter Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, which serves individuals with mental health conditions who are homeless and temporarily housed in a Bronx shelter. The Peer Specialist draws on lived experience to support participants' wellness and housing goals as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatry, nursing, and social work. Pay is $28/hour.
