This senior leadership role directs citywide tenant and community organizing initiatives for City Life/Vida Urbana, setting the organizing agenda and leading movement-building efforts. Responsibilities include developing multi-year organizing plans, supervising and mentoring organizing staff and volunteers, building citywide coalitions and partnerships, and overseeing program implementation and evaluation. The position is hybrid, based in Boston with a minimum of three in-office days per week, with a salary range of $85,000-$90,000.
