Client Care Coordinator - Family Shelter

Client Care Coordinator role providing trauma-informed case management to families experiencing homelessness in a Brooklyn shelter. Conducts intake assessments, develops and updates Independent Living Plans, and helps families navigate the NYC affordable housing market and apply for rental-assistance vouchers such as CityFHEPS, FHEPS, and Section 8. Coordinates housing viewings and lease signings and advocates with landlords, brokers, and HRA on clients' behalf. Salary is $70,000, full-time with some evening/weekend/on-call flexibility required.
