Serves as chief legal advisor to the Albany Housing Authority, handling regulatory compliance, customer and employee grievances, labor negotiations, EEO matters, and vendor contracts for the Authority. Requires a J.D. or LL.B., three years of legal/policy/compliance experience, and a license to practice law in New York.
