Senior Compliance Manager (Affordable Housing)

The Senior Compliance Manager assists the Portfolio Compliance Director with regulatory compliance across government-sponsored housing programs, with particular emphasis on tax credit certifications, IRS tax credit reporting, and tax credit audits related to property takeovers and new management contracts. Responsibilities include helping sites prepare for and respond to audits and inspections, monitoring timely completion of recertifications, and determining valid or invalid EIV discrepancies. The role requires 5 or more years of property management experience and proficiency administering government housing assistance programs, particularly Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Project-Based Section 8.
