This role manages a caseload of Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program participants for the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City, documenting and monitoring continued eligibility and calculating rent levels in accordance with HUD regulations. Responsibilities include conducting initial, annual, and interim income re-examinations, calculating housing assistance payments and tenant rent portions, coordinating unit inspections, and investigating allegations of fraud. The position is performed entirely onsite at the agency's main office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
