Roving Recertification Specialist

This role rotates across a regional portfolio of Peabody Properties in the Boston area, providing on-site support with move-in and annual recertification processing during periods of increased need, staff vacancies, or leave. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying resident information, determining eligibility for continued occupancy, and calculating income, assets, and rent levels. The position requires 3+ years of property management experience and knowledge of LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8; COS certification and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
