Lease Up Occupancy Specialist

The Lease Up Occupancy Specialist supports the marketing and lease-up of affordable and mixed-income communities in Boston and surrounding areas, from initial marketing through resident move-in, and also assists with leasing for conventional market communities. Duties include overseeing the lottery and pre-application process, conducting application and certification interviews, completing lease signings, and coordinating unit inspections with housing authorities. The role requires a minimum of two years of related experience and includes providing onsite coverage at sites during emergencies, crises, or staffing turnover.
