Compliance Manager (Affordable Housing)

This role ensures compliance with affordable housing requirements within Peabody's property portfolio, working with Operations and other departments as business needs demand. Responsibilities include preparing sites for and responding to audits and inspections, monitoring timely completion of recertifications, resolving EIV discrepancies, and performing annual property reviews. The position requires 4+ years of property management experience, proficiency with government housing assistance programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Project-Based Section 8, and HOME, a high school diploma or GED, and some travel.
