This role administers the Section 8 Program and Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program for a caseload of clients, handling recertifications, eligibility determinations, and the relocation process. The Program Specialist interprets and applies HUD, DHCD, and Metro Housing Boston regulations and policies while working within the Rental Assistance team and reporting to the Program Manager. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with a salary range of $48,050 to $50,000 per year.
