This role manages state subsidy programs within the Division of Housing Development at the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), working directly with the undersecretary, deputy, and other division staff. Responsibilities include supervising three or more staff on the Housing Stabilization Fund (HSF), coordinating with quasi-public housing agencies on programs such as climate-ready housing and transit-oriented development, and tracking funding commitments and expenditures across HSF, the Climate Resilient Housing Program, and other programs. The role also involves supervising staff on 50-60 multi-family loan closings per year and serving as a lead closing member with project sponsors and attorneys. Prior direct experience in production or preservation of multi-family rental housing is a mandatory qualification.
