Responsibilities include verifying tenant eligibility, reviewing and executing lease documents, preparing HUD-50058 forms for compliance submission, and conducting resident re-examination interviews. The specialist also calculates rent for recertifications and move-ins and reviews non-compliant tenant issues with the Compliance Manager.
