The Tenant Coordinator supports modernization and construction projects across WHA properties by communicating with residents, contractors, and visitors before, during, and after construction. Duties include hosting resident orientations, conducting site inspections, providing onsite monitoring of contractors, and training residents on newly installed equipment. This is a full-time, benefitted union position with standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional work outside those hours to accommodate projects.
