Vice President of Operations

This role has overall responsibility for a property management region of approximately 3,400 rental units based in St. Paul, MN, reporting to the EVP and Chief Property Management Officer. The Vice President directs and mentors multiple Property Management Regional Directors across property, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations, and works to align resident services and departmental initiatives across the region. The role also contributes to strategic planning aimed at growing the property management portfolio.
