Senior Community Manager

This role is responsible for the daily operations of multiple residential properties in the St. Paul, MN area, reporting to the Portfolio Operations Manager, with an emphasis on financial performance, physical condition, and customer service. Responsibilities include developing operating budgets, conducting monthly variance reviews, and recruiting, training, and evaluating site team members. The position requires being on site five days per week.
