Resident Occupancy Specialist

This role provides customer service to residents and guests at an apartment property in Philadelphia, PA, including showing and leasing units, assisting with move-ins, and providing administrative support to the property management team. Duties include processing rental applications, conducting service inspections, and preparing lease renewals and recertifications. Experience with Section 8 housing and LIHTC is preferred, and the position requires working in the office five days a week.
