Resident Occupancy Specialist

This full-time, on-site role at Woodhill Station East in Cleveland, OH, a mixed-income community including Market Rate, Affordable, Section 8, and LIHTC housing, is responsible for leasing apartments, assisting residents through the move-in process, and supporting daily property operations. The schedule is five days per week on-site, including required Saturday hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Previous experience with Section 8 and/or LIHTC housing is preferred.
