Resident Occupancy Specialist

This role provides customer service to residents, guests, and team members at a Community Builders property in New Brunswick, NJ, handling apartment showings and leasing, the move-in process, and administrative support for the Community and/or Service Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include processing rental applications, conducting move-in readiness inspections, preparing recertifications, leasing applications, and occupancy agreements, and monitoring performance toward a 97% physical occupancy goal. Experience with Section 8 housing and LIHTC is preferred, and the role requires five days a week in the office.
