Regional Director of Property Management

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties across Ohio (Cincinnati and Cleveland) and Michigan (Detroit), reporting to the Vice President of Operations. Responsibilities include regular scheduled and unscheduled property visits to assess curb appeal, market-ready units, and safety, as well as reviewing occupancy and delinquency reports. The Regional Director also works with the development team on pre-development projects and provides property management input on design review.
