Corporate Leasing Specialist

This role is based in Boston and, under the Director of Leasing and Marketing at The Community Builders, implements day-to-day advertising and handles the sales process from start to finish across multiple properties to minimize vacancies and maximize occupancy and tenant retention. Responsibilities include pre-qualifying and closing leases with prospects from phone, email, and site visitor traffic, tracking Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan compliance, conducting market surveys, and training new leasing specialists. The role also involves maintaining waiting and transfer lists and managing lead generation through online listing audits.
