Community Manager

This role oversees all phases of daily operations and on-site team performance for a residential property in Chicago, IL, reporting to the Regional Director of Property Management. Responsibilities include managing the property operating budget, rent collection, leasing compliance, and maintenance of the physical asset, as well as regulatory compliance. The position requires working in the office five days a week.
