This role manages bankruptcy and foreclosure activities for RIHousing's Loan Servicing Department, including monitoring delinquent accounts, preparing foreclosure referral recommendations, and coordinating with legal counsel on foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Duties include calculating and reconciling delinquency figures, reviewing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, and preparing bankruptcy proofs of claim and related notices. This is a hybrid position based in Providence, Rhode Island, with a salary range of $58,972 to $76,664.
