Property Manager

Property Manager overseeing building operations for a portfolio of supportive senior housing at Project FIND, reporting to the Director of Property Management. Handles filling vacant units, income recertifications, background checks, and coordination with subsidy agencies including NYCHA, HPD Section 8, DHCR, and SCRIE on tenant certifications and rent increases. Also manages unit inspections, work orders, collections, and the Yardi property management system.
