Reports to the VP of Capital Markets at NYC Housing Development Corporation, supporting the structuring and execution of tax-exempt and taxable multifamily affordable housing bond financings. Responsibilities include bond issuance activities, debt portfolio management, bond call and refunding analyses, cash flow analyses, and tracking bond and mortgage data. Salary range is $65,000-$85,000.
