Oversees all credit policy, underwriting standards, and portfolio risk management for LIIF's national community-development lending platform, which finances affordable housing development among other community facilities. Leads a team of 8-10 across Credit and Asset Management, reports to the President, and partners with the Chief Lending Officer and Board Lending Risk Committee on loan quality and risk decisions.
