This role manages daily operations for a portfolio of affordable housing properties, including single-room occupancy, family, and supportive housing communities such as the 43-unit Washington Square Residence. Responsibilities include ensuring HUD and affordable housing regulatory compliance, coordinating annual and interim recertifications, and collecting and verifying income, asset, and eligibility documentation. The Property Manager also supports migration of resident and property data into the RealPage management system while maintaining resident relations.
