This role provides accounting support for affordable housing developments from predevelopment through construction and stabilization, including tracking project costs, contracts, requisitions, draws, and financing activity. The Development Accountant maintains sources and uses schedules, reconciles project activity to the general ledger, and supports audits, cost certifications, and financial reporting. The position also assists with property accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close.
