Housing Development Manager

This role manages affordable housing funding proposals from developers seeking local and/or federal funding from the City of Somerville, including guiding developers through eligibility, application, and due diligence requirements. Responsibilities include underwriting funding applications, preparing written analyses and recommendations, drafting conditional commitment letters, and tracking due diligence items through closing. The role also involves maintaining the city's affordable housing pipeline and tracking development progress through construction.
